Congratulations to Bob Barron, our 2026 Racing Hondas Class A Champion!
Driving the Kilted KSwaps Honda Civic EG, Bob began the season in formidable fashion, taking both victories at Silverstone before continuing his winning run at Cadwell Park and Donington. But as the season developed, the Class A fight became increasingly competitive, with Fraser McNeill, Dave Buky and Tommy Knight all taking the challenge to the early championship leader.
Knight was the first to break Bob’s winning streak at Cadwell, before McNeill and Buky both claimed victories at Brands Hatch. Oulton Park then brought a major setback when Bob retired from Race 2, allowing McNeill to capitalise with victory and bring himself firmly into the championship fight.
Bob responded with a hard-fought double at Snetterton, but there was another twist at Brands Hatch when a late mechanical problem denied him a potential second victory, leaving McNeill to take the win and ensuring the Class A battle continued to the finale.
At Cadwell Park, Bob delivered when it mattered, completing the season with two victories to secure the Class A crown.
Congratulations also to Fraser McNeill, who finishes 2nd in Class A, and Dave Buky, who takes 3rd, after both played major roles in a fiercely contested season.
